The small but precise accommodation

The attention of the hosts is excellent. They prepare your breakfast with great care and if you need to get up earlier they leave you a snack ready. Before arriving they sent us many recommendations that made our stay much easier. The place has everything, and in winter it doesn't get cold. It is 10 minutes from the most tourist area.

We miss having a table, but they have them in the common area anyway.

We were in a family room, very spacious and comfortable. Good bed. Very quiet location and about 1km from Caracoles, very close. Very clean hotel. Fernando is very helpful and takes care of the entire hotel alone.

The breakfast is terrible, basically one bread each with scrambled egg, 1 cup of coffee and 1 children's yogurt, plus it's too late to go on the tours, only from 7:30am. The snack offered instead of coffee is even worse. The water in the shower doesn't get hot enough for a place with freezing mornings and nights. Extra fee for card payment.

Hosts Alejandra and Fernando were fantastic and super helpful (thanks for allowing us to check in early and for help with the safe, Fernando!)! Us not speaking Spanish was nicely tackled using translator apps. Room was not big, but very clean and functional and with a good bed. Nice place to sit outside. Abundant breakfast. Good, quiet location, less than 15 minutes from the busy center of town. Some grocery shops around the corner. Tours picked us up at the hostal (much appreciated the breakfast snacks we got for the day we left very early!). Good, stable internet. Nice, friendly atmosphere. Very good value for money; strongly recommended!

The shower was rather small and delicate (but good hot water!).
